Integration Experience
We’re reworking our integration experience to make it easier to convert from X12/EDIFACT to JSON and vice versa without any EDI knowledge. Our new features will simplify API contracts across the board and reduce the mapping you need to do from your system to send outbound documents. With more calculated fields and auto-suggested rules, we’ll automate most of your EDI workflow so there is less room for error (and you avoid trading partner chargebacks). This set of feature updates will make EDI look less like a block of code and more like your real-life workflows.
Web EDI Fulfillment Experience
Small businesses often face tough choices when collaborating with big retailers. The high costs of ERP systems and complex API integrations can be overwhelming. But without these systems, they're stuck in a loop of costly managed services and outsourced EDI solutions. Orderful is breaking this cycle in 2024. Our new automated testing capabilities will allow users to quickly and efficiently navigate the setup phase, particularly when handling test transactions with major retailers. This means you can rapidly test various scenarios with key trading partners, ensuring seamless operations. The result is a more efficient onboarding process, reducing the time and effort typically required to get started with EDI. This not only simplifies the initial setup but also ensures more accurate and reliable outcomes.
